A room addition for your home all starts with planning. Mister RENOVATOR can assist you in every way. On our initial visit
we will discuss location for your addition and determine if the location is compatible with your existing roof system, property boundaries and existing structure. We will also go over the permitting requirements which includes a drawing of the addition and in some cases a special permit for the Chesapeake Bay Act. And, we will discuss materials and approximate costs involved.
If you choose Mister RENOVATOR as your contractor based on
our outstanding reputation, our second visit will be to gather the details for drawing your building plans and to go over material selections for your addition, i.e, walls, flooring, lighting, windows, trim, exterior, roofing, etc. At that point we can work up the exact price and give you a start date and completion date.
From there, we start the permitting process and order materials for your job. Mister RENOVATOR will make every effort to assure your total satisfaction during the construction process. We will go over down payments, construction draws, and warranties.
